'Besides Évora, Braga and Coimbra show a particular care in the liturgy. The most ancient version from a Mass by a Portuguese author is from a Cantor of the Coimbra cathedral, Fernão Gomes Correia (active 1505-32).'

This one (also from Hawkins) is entirely anonymous, as far as I recall, but the text did begin 'A furore' ....  But even that may not be original - some of Hawkins' items come by way of Glareanus, who found Latin words to replace the vernacular of secular pieces.
